Table of volume measurements:
- teaspoon - 5 ml
- dessert spoon - 10 ml
- tablespoon - 20 ml
- glass - 200 ml
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all the marinade ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Coat the ribs thoroughly with half of the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or ideally overnight to allow the flavors to develop.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 190C and line a baking tray with kitchen foil. Brush the ribs with oil and arrange them in a single layer on the tray. Roast for 45 minutes.
Step 3
Reduce the oven temperature to 170C. Turn the ribs over, baste with the remaining marinade, and cook for another 30 minutes until deeply glazed and tender.
Step 4
Transfer the ribs to a large serving plate and let them rest for 10 minutes. Garnish generously with sliced spring onions, red chilli, and sesame seeds before serving.
