- dessert spoon - 10 ml
- tablespoon - 20 ml
- glass - 200 ml
Preparation
Step 1
Instead of turkey thigh, you may use breast fillet. Any fat content of kefir will work. Spices can be adjusted or substituted to taste.
Step 2
Wash the turkey thigh, pat dry, and cut into large pieces. If using bone-in thigh with skin, remove the skin and bone first.
Step 3
Pour kefir and vegetable oil over the meat. Sprinkle with Italian herbs, paprika, salt, and pepper. You may substitute Italian herbs with Provencal herbs.
Step 4
Mix the meat thoroughly with the marinade. Let marinate 1-2 hours at room temperature, or longer in the refrigerator.
Step 5
Place the turkey together with the kefir marinade into the multicooker bowl and close the lid.
Step 6
Set the multicooker to the Stew mode for 1 hour. The exact cooking time depends on the size of the pieces and the model/temperature of your multicooker.
Step 7
While the meat is cooking, peel garlic cloves and finely chop them.
Step 8
Wash fresh herbs, pat dry, and finely chop.
Step 9
A couple of minutes before cooking is done, sprinkle the turkey with garlic and herbs. Enjoy your meal!
