Easy
About 30 min.
Preparation
Step 1
You can use any ground meat besides turkey: chicken, pork, or beef. But note that calorie content and cooking time will vary.
Step 2
Rinse the turkey fillet, pat dry, cut into medium pieces, and grind in a blender or meat grinder.
Step 3
Clean the bell pepper from seeds and stem, then chop into small cubes.
Step 4
Peel and grate the carrot on a medium grater.
Step 5
Peel and finely chop the onion.
Step 6
Wash, dry, and finely chop the herbs. You can replace or mix in parsley, cilantro, green onions, or a herb blend if desired.
Step 7
In a bowl, combine the ground meat, onion, bell pepper, grated carrot, and herbs. Add olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Step 8
Mix the mince thoroughly until uniform, then beat it by throwing it into the bowl (this compacts it). With wet hands, form medium-sized round cutlets.
Step 9
Place the turkey cutlets into the special steaming bowl with holes. Pour 3-4 cups of water into the multicooker’s main bowl. You can add allspice and bay leaves to flavor the steam. Set the steaming tray on top and close the lid.
Step 10
Cook using the "Steam" mode for 35-40 minutes. If your multicooker doesn’t have this mode, refer to its manual and use an appropriate substitute. Turn off the multicooker after cooking. Cooking time may vary depending on preferences and your device.
Step 11
Serve the finished steamed turkey cutlets with any side dish and sauces. Enjoy your meal!
