Preparation
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients and spices for the skillet pizza.
Step 2
To make the batter, crack 1 egg into a deep bowl. Add 70 g sour cream, 70 g mayonnaise and 30 g tomato ketchup, then mix thoroughly until smooth.

Cut about 70 g, or 2½ oz, of smoked sausage into thin half-moons and arrange it over the batter.

Sprinkle with 25 g, or about 1 oz, each of finely grated mozzarella and firm cheese. Season with ground black pepper to taste.

Cover the pan with a lid, place over low heat and cook the pizza for about 25 minutes.

Transfer the finished pizza from the pan to a plate, cut into portions and serve.
