Salad with sprats in tomato sauce with ketchup and croutons

You can use not only mayonnaise as a dressing, but also sour cream or plain yogurt. They can be used separately or mixed with mayonnaise in any ratio to taste – this will lower the calorie content of the dish. Always prepare salads from fully cooled ingredients. If made from warm ones, the salad may spoil quickly.
Preparation
Step 1
Wash the tomatoes and cut them into small cubes. Boil the egg until hard, cool, and peel.

Transfer the sprats into a plate and mash them with a fork.

Cook and cool the rice. Spread it over the mashed sprats.
Step 4
In a separate bowl, mix ketchup with mayonnaise.
Step 5
Spread the ketchup and mayonnaise mixture over the tomatoes.
Step 6
Grate the boiled egg on a fine grater and sprinkle over the salad.
Step 7
Add croutons as the final layer. The salad is ready! Place it in the fridge for about an hour to allow the flavors to soak in.
