About 20 min.
Preparation
Step 1
Boil the eggs in boiling water for 7-8 minutes. Drain hot water, cover with cold water, and let them cool. For dressing, use sour cream with mustard, or replace with mayonnaise or only sour cream if desired.
Step 2
Dice the smoked chicken breast into small cubes. Peel the boiled eggs.
Step 3
You can prepare the salad directly in a bowl by mixing everything, or arrange it in layers. To make layers, place a serving ring on a plate. First layer: diced chicken. Press slightly to compact. Mix sour cream with mustard for dressing and spread on top of each layer.
Step 4
Dice the cucumber and add as the next layer on top of chicken.
Step 5
Grate boiled eggs on a coarse grater, add as the next layer.
Step 6
Finish with canned corn (drain liquid first). Place corn on top, carefully remove the serving ring, and chill slightly in the fridge before serving. Garnish with fresh greens. Enjoy!
