Salad with Sausage, Cheese and Corn

Bright, colorful, light and delicious! Salad with sausage, cheese and corn is a great quick everyday snack. Garlic adds a special note. Also suitable for a festive table - goes well with potatoes, meat and more.

Preparation
Step 1
Take any smoked sausage you like. A hard/firm cheese works best. Open the can of corn and drain the liquid.
Step 2
Peel the carrot, rinse and pat dry. Grate the carrot on a coarse grater (or use a vegetable slicer). Put it in a large salad bowl.
Step 3
Remove the casing from the sausage. Cut the sausage into thin sticks and add them to the carrots.
Step 4
Grate the cheese and add it to the bowl.
Step 5
Add the canned corn and mayonnaise to all the ingredients. Adjust the amount of mayonnaise to your taste - use less if you prefer.
Step 6
Peel the garlic. Grate it on a fine grater or press it through a garlic press (or finely chop). Add it to the salad. Rinse and dry the herbs (green onion, dill or parsley), finely chop and add to the bowl.
Step 7
Mix everything thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Before serving, garnish with a few sprigs of parsley or dill.
Step 8
Ready! Serve and enjoy.
