Easy
About 20 min.
Preparation
Step 1
Any type of red fish is suitable for this salad. Boil the eggs in advance: place them in cold water so they don't crack, bring to a boil, and cook for 7-8 minutes. Drain the hot water and cool the eggs in cold water.
Step 2
Peel the cooled eggs. Separate the yolks from the whites. Grate the whites on a coarse grater and mash the yolks with a fork.
Step 3
You can prepare the salad in a bowl, a serving ring, or in small glasses. I chose the third option. Place the grated whites as the first layer in the bottom of the glasses and make a light mayonnaise grid over them.
Step 4
Wash and dry the fresh cucumbers. Cut off the ends and dice them finely. Make sure they’re not bitter.
Step 5
Layer the diced cucumbers as the second layer. Add another light mayonnaise grid on top.
Step 6
Next, add a layer of finely chopped red fish. Remove any bones as you cut.
Step 7
For the final layer, spread the mashed egg yolks.
Step 8
The salad is ready! Decorate as desired and chill slightly in the refrigerator before serving. Enjoy!
