Salad with Mushrooms, Smoked Chicken, Cheese, and Eggs

All salads with smoked chicken have a rich, bold flavor. Every cook should have a recipe like this in their collection. If you don’t yet, here’s mine.
You can serve this salad in individual portions like I do, or prepare it in a large salad bowl, layering all the ingredients.

Preparation
Step 1
Separate the smoked chicken fillet from the bones.
Step 2
Finely chop the chicken fillet and place a small amount into a serving mold as the first layer. Press it down well so the salad holds its shape. Lightly spread some mayonnaise over this and each subsequent layer.
Step 3
Finely chop the canned mushrooms and add them as the second layer over the chicken.
Step 4
Peel the cooked eggs and grate them on a large grater.
Step 5
Add the grated eggs as the third layer, pressing down gently. Add a bit more mayonnaise and spread it evenly across the surface.
Step 6
Carefully remove the salad from the mold and sprinkle the top with cheese grated on a medium or fine grater. Chill the salad slightly in the fridge before serving. You can decorate the top with leftover canned mushrooms or fresh herbs. The taste of this smoked chicken salad is absolutely amazing! Enjoy!
