Salad with Marinated Honey Mushrooms and Chicken

Step 1
Boil chicken fillet and potatoes in advance. Wash eggs thoroughly, boil hard, and cool in cold water. All ingredients should be chilled, as warm products will spoil the salad quickly.

Cut cooled boiled chicken into medium cubes. Alternatively, shred the fillet with a fork.
Step 3
Peel and dice cooled boiled eggs into small cubes.
Step 4
Wash cucumber, dry with paper towel. Peel if necessary and dice. If the skin is tender and not bitter, peeling is optional.

Peel boiled potatoes and cut into cubes.

Drain honey mushrooms from the jar. Cut large mushrooms into 2-3 pieces; leave small ones whole.

Wash dill, dry, and finely chop. Chop onion finely. Combine all chopped ingredients in a large salad bowl.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add mayonnaise (can be homemade or a mixture of mayonnaise and sour cream).

Mix all ingredients well.

Place a culinary ring on a flat plate. Layer the salad inside and press lightly. Alternatively, serve in a salad bowl.
