Preparation
Step 1
Prepare the ingredients. Choose the cheese and sausage according to your taste. Instead of smoked sausage, you can use cooked sausage or replace it with boiled or pan-fried meat. Korean-style carrots can be store-bought or homemade. Sour cream can be used instead of mayonnaise.
Step 2
Cut the sausage into thin strips and place it in a bowl for mixing the salad.
Step 3
Cut the cheese into small cubes and add it to the sausage.
Step 4
Drain the canned corn thoroughly. If the Korean-style carrots are very long, cut them into slightly shorter pieces. Add the corn and carrots to the bowl.
Step 5
Add the chopped fresh herbs and mayonnaise. Season with a little salt and ground black pepper if needed, keeping in mind that mayonnaise is already salty. If using sour cream instead, you may need a little more salt.
Step 6
Mix all the ingredients well and chill briefly in the refrigerator. Transfer to a serving bowl before serving.
