Salad with Korean-Style Carrots and Crab Sticks

Very tasty and vibrant, made from simple ingredients, perfect for a quick meal! This salad with Korean-style carrots and crab sticks can be made for both everyday meals and festive occasions. You can also add other ingredients like sausage or croutons.

Preparation
Step 1
You can use store-bought Korean-style carrots or make them yourself. Open the can of sweet corn and drain all the liquid.
Step 2
Defrost the crab sticks and remove their packaging. Boil the eggs in hot water for 7-8 minutes. Drain the hot water and cool the eggs in cold water. Once cooled, peel the eggs.
Step 3
Cut the crab sticks into thin strips and transfer them to a large salad bowl. Add the drained canned corn.
Step 4
Also cut the fresh cucumber into thin strips and add it to the salad along with the Korean-style carrots and chopped eggs. Using an egg slicer makes cutting eggs easier and faster.
Step 5
Add a bit of mayonnaise to the salad and mix all ingredients well. Transfer the ready salad into a serving bowl and serve. You can chill the salad in the refrigerator before serving. It’s a great addition to any main course! Enjoy!
