Advice
You can replace the chicken with turkey or any other meat you prefer. Keep in mind, this will change the cooking time and the dish’s calorie content.
Preparation
Step 1
Boil the eggs in boiling water for 7-8 minutes in advance. Then drain the hot water and cool the eggs in cold water. Once cooled, peel the eggs. Choose cheese that grates easily. Smoked chicken can be replaced with boiled if preferred.
Step 2
Separate the chicken meat from the bones and cut it into small pieces.
Step 3
This salad will be assembled in layers. Place a serving ring in the center of a plate and layer the chopped chicken first. Press it slightly. Spread a small amount of mayonnaise over this and each following layer.
Step 4
Squeeze the Korean-style carrots to remove excess marinade and chop them a bit finer. Place them as the second layer over the chicken.
Step 5
Grate the cheese finely or medium-coarsely. Add the grated cheese as the third layer.
Step 6
Wash the fresh cucumber and cut off the ends. Dice it finely and add it as an even layer on top of the cheese.
Step 7
The final layer will be the boiled eggs. Separate the whites from the yolks. First, grate and layer the whites, then the yolks.
Step 8
Carefully remove the serving ring. Chill the salad slightly to bring all ingredients to the same temperature. Before serving, decorate the salad as you wish. Enjoy!
