Salad with Egg, Cheese, Corn, and Cucumber

Preparation
Step 1
Drain the corn in a sieve to remove excess liquid. Olives can be used instead of black olives. Bell peppers can be yellow or two-colored.
Step 2
Boil the eggs until hard. Place eggs in water, bring to a boil, and cook over medium heat for 7-8 minutes from boiling. Drain, then cool in cold water. Peel and dice the eggs.
Step 3
Wash, dry, and dice the bell pepper after removing the stem and seeds.
Step 4
Remove olives from the jar, drain, and cut each into 3-4 pieces depending on size.
Step 5
Wash, dry, and dice the cucumber. Peel optionally.
Step 6
Grate hard cheese finely.
Step 7
Arrange the salad in layers in a ring mold (14-16 cm diameter) or mix in a bowl. First layer: corn, flatten, and spread mayonnaise on top.
Step 8
Add boiled eggs as the next layer, flatten slightly, and spread mayonnaise.
Step 9
Add olives, press lightly, and spread mayonnaise.
Step 10
Next layer: cucumber, spread mayonnaise.
Step 11
Add bell pepper, spread mayonnaise.
Step 12
Finish with grated cheese. Serve immediately or slightly chilled. Remove the ring mold before serving.
