Salad Caprice with Chicken

Step 1
You can use any cheese, as long as it grates easily and has a good taste.
Step 2
Boil the chicken fillet and eggs in advance. Cook the eggs in boiling water for 7-8 minutes, then drain and cool them in cold water. Cover the chicken meat with water, bring to a boil, add a little salt, and cook for 25–30 minutes. Then let the meat cool.
Step 3
Peel the onion, rinse in cold water, and chop finely. In a small bowl, mix vinegar and water. Add sugar and stir. Pour the mixture over the chopped onion and let it marinate for 15-20 minutes. Then drain all the liquid.
Step 4
The salad will be layered. Place a serving ring on the plate where you plan to serve. Cut the chicken meat into small pieces and place it as the first layer at the bottom. Press lightly and spread with mayonnaise.
Step 5
Place the marinated onion on top of the chicken. Do not spread mayo over the onion since it is already juicy and there isn’t much of it.
Step 6
Peel the boiled eggs and grate them on a coarse grater. Put them as the next layer. Press slightly and spread with mayonnaise.
Step 7
The last layer is grated cheese, using a fine grater. Remove the serving ring from the finished salad and chill slightly in the refrigerator before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs. Enjoy your meal!
