Preparation
Step 1
You can use store-bought yeast dough or make it yourself according to your favorite recipe. Peel potatoes in advance and rinse under running water to remove dirt.

For chicken, you can use any boneless part. Cut chicken fillet into small pieces. Grate cheese on a coarse grater.

For mushrooms, use whatever you have. Wild mushrooms should be boiled for 25-30 minutes in boiling water. Button mushrooms can be used raw. Wash mushrooms well, pat dry, and cut into pieces. Slice peeled potatoes thinly.
Step 4
For the sauce, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, and garlic pressed through a garlic press.

Line the bottom of a baking dish with parchment paper, grease the sides with vegetable oil. Roll out half of the yeast dough and place in the dish, leaving a small edge. Spread half of the sauce over the dough.

Place the prepared sliced potatoes on the dough.

Arrange the chopped chicken on top of the potatoes.

Spread the prepared mushrooms over the chicken.

Mix the remaining sauce with grated cheese and spread evenly over the mushrooms.

Roll out the second half of the dough and cover the filling completely. Pinch the edges slightly. Make a small hole in the center for steam to escape. Place in the oven preheated to 356°F (180°C) for 50-60 minutes. Adjust baking time according to your oven.

The rustic pizza is ready! The top should be golden, and the kitchen will smell appetizing. Turn off the oven, open the door slightly, and let the pizza rest inside. Since the filling ingredients were raw, they need to steam. Best served after a short walk for appetite! Enjoy your meal!
