Roast parsnips

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C / 180°C Fan / Gas 6.
Step 2
Place the parsnips in a baking tray and add the sherry and honey. Toss everything together so the parsnips are evenly coated in the glaze. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Step 3
Roast in the oven for 30 minutes, turning the parsnips halfway through the cooking time to ensure they brown evenly.
Step 4
The parsnips are ready when they are tender and golden-brown. Serve warm.
