Preparation
Step 1
Add the soured cream, mayonnaise, and buttermilk to a mixing bowl. Sprinkle in the garlic powder and onion powder, then stir thoroughly until the mixture is smooth and evenly combined.
Step 2
Stir in the chopped fresh herbs and add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. Mix well, then season generously with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Taste the dressing and, if desired, add the remaining lemon juice to adjust the flavour and brightness.
Step 3
Transfer the dressing to a sealed container and refrigerate. It will keep fresh in the fridge for 2-3 days.
