Easy
About 20 min.
Preparation
Step 1
You can adjust the spices to your taste. Using this recipe, you can also prepare broccoli. Use any vegetable oil suitable for frying.
Step 2
Wash the cauliflower thoroughly, dry it, remove green leaves, and separate the head into florets. Cut large florets into 2-3 parts, keep small ones whole. You can also use frozen cauliflower - just thaw it first and drain off excess water.
Step 3
Boil the florets in salted water for about 2-3 minutes. The cauliflower should not become mushy; it must stay firm.
Step 4
Drain the cauliflower in a colander. If needed, pat dry with paper towels - otherwise, hot oil will splatter during frying when it meets water.
Step 5
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the prepared cauliflower and fry, stirring occasionally, until lightly golden, about 10-15 minutes, depending on heat and floret size.
Step 6
Season with salt and pepper while frying.
Step 7
Transfer the ready cauliflower to a plate and serve. Enjoy your meal!
