A creamy and nutritious peanut butter smoothie blended until smooth and served in a peanut butter-coated glass for extra flavour and richness.

Preparation
Step 1
Add all of the ingredients, except the peanut butter, into a blender. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and well combined.
Step 2
Using the back of a teaspoon, spread the peanut butter around the inside of a tall serving glass to create a coating. Alternatively, you can add the peanut butter directly into the blender and pulse briefly until it is incorporated into the smoothie.
Step 3
Pour the blended smoothie into the prepared glass and serve immediately.
