Pork Steak in the Oven in Foil

Juicy, tender, and incredibly tasty with vegetables! Pork Steak in the Oven in Foil cooks quickly despite the need for initial grilling. Vegetables baked with meat absorb the juices of pork and bacon, making them extra flavorful.

Preparation
Step 1
You can use olive oil or sunflower oil depending on preference. Besides the listed spices, feel free to add your own. Instead of cherry tomatoes, you can use firm regular tomatoes. Bacon can be replaced with other smoked meat sliced thinly, like ham.
Step 2
Wash pork steaks and pat them dry with paper towels. Rub with oil on both sides and sprinkle with spices.
Step 3
Wash bell peppers, remove seeds, and slice into rings.
Step 4
Preheat a grill pan over high heat. Place the steaks and sear for 2-3 minutes per side until clear grill marks appear.
Step 5
Remove steaks from the pan and let them cool slightly. Wrap each steak tightly with 2-3 slices of bacon.
Step 6
Wash tomatoes and mushrooms. If mushrooms are large, cut them into 2-4 pieces. Place the bacon-wrapped steak on a sheet of foil. Arrange cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, and bell peppers around it. Place a sprig of rosemary on top.
Step 7
Wrap the steak tightly in foil to prevent juices from leaking while baking. Prepare the rest of the steaks in the same way.
Step 8
Place the steaks in a preheated oven at 480°F (250°C) for 15 minutes. It’s best to put foil-wrapped meat on a baking sheet so that if juice leaks, it won’t dirty the oven.
Step 9
Unwrap the foil and return the meat to the oven for another 5 minutes.
Step 10
Transfer baked pork steaks with vegetables onto a plate and serve immediately. Enjoy!
