Preparation
Step 1
This dish is very easy to make and turns out hearty and delicious. You can use any potatoes. If you use baby potatoes, it is enough to wash them and cut them into halves or quarters depending on their size. If you use older potatoes, they need to be peeled and cut. Choose pork ribs with as little fat as possible. You can also use beef ribs, but then the cooking time will need to be increased.
Step 2
Wash the potatoes and cut them into any pieces you like. Wash the pork ribs, pat them dry, and cut them into portion pieces. Slice the garlic into thin pieces. Put all the ingredients into a deep bowl, add salt and ground black pepper, and mix well.
Step 3
Place all the ingredients into a roasting sleeve, tie it or close it with clips, and make several punctures on top to let the steam escape. Put the sleeve into an ovenproof dish and place it into an oven preheated to 180°C (350°F) for 1 to 1.5 hours, depending on your oven. Transfer the finished potatoes with pork ribs to a serving dish and serve. If desired, sprinkle with chopped greens.
Step 4
The potatoes with pork ribs baked in the oven in a roasting sleeve are ready. Enjoy your meal!
