Easy
About 20 min.
Preparation
Step 1
First, prepare the required ingredients. Use boneless pork, only the meat. You can choose any cut: ham, shoulder, loin, neck, tenderloin, etc. I used tender and soft tenderloin.
Step 2
Wash the pork, pat dry, and cut it into small thin slices.
Step 3
Peel the garlic and chop finely or press it. You can replace fresh garlic with 1 teaspoon of garlic powder.
Step 4
In a skillet over slightly above medium heat, warm vegetable oil. Stir-fry the pork for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
Step 5
Pour soy sauce into the skillet. Simmer the pork, stirring, for another 5 minutes over medium heat until it’s well coated with the sauce. Instead of regular soy sauce, you can use semi-sweet teriyaki sauce for a light sweet note.
Step 6
Add chopped garlic, paprika, khmeli-suneli spice mix, and freshly ground pepper blend. Stir-fry everything together for another 2 minutes. Salt carefully, since soy sauce is already salty. I usually don’t add extra salt to such dishes.
Step 7
Sprinkle the cooked pork in soy sauce with fresh herbs and serve with any side dish. Enjoy!
