Pork Chops with Onion on a Skillet

Preparation
Step 1
First, prepare the necessary ingredients and spices for making delicious homemade pork chops with onion.
Step 2
Take 1 kilogram (about 2.2 lb) of slightly frozen pork fillet and cut it into pieces about 0.5 cm (0.2 in) thick.
Step 3
Lay the sliced meat on a cutting board and cover with plastic wrap, then pound well with a kitchen mallet on both sides and place on a plate.
Step 4
Sprinkle salt over the pounded meat to taste, then add a mix of ground peppers, flip the pieces, and rub the spices in by hand.
Step 5
Coat each piece of meat on both sides in a small amount of premium wheat flour.
Step 6
Place a suitable skillet on the stove, pour in two tablespoons of vegetable oil, heat, then place the floured meat pieces in the skillet and fry until golden on one side over medium-high heat.
Step 7
Flip the meat pieces and fry the other side until golden, adding oil if needed. Transfer them to a deep bowl.
Step 8
Slice one onion into half-rings and place in the skillet with heated clarified butter, then add a pinch of rosemary, ⅓ teaspoon dried garlic, and sauté while stirring until golden.
Step 9
Sprinkle the meat in the skillet with a small amount of fried onion and place the fried meat pieces from the bowl on top.
Step 10
Add the remaining fried onion to the skillet with meat, cover with a lid, and continue cooking over low heat for 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.
