- teaspoon - 5 ml
- dessert spoon - 10 ml
- tablespoon - 20 ml
- glass - 200 ml
Preparation
Step 1
When choosing pork, I recommend tenderloin or ready-to-cook boneless escalopes.
Step 2
Rinse the pork under running water and pat dry with a paper towel. Cut into moderately thick slices. If using escalopes, they may already be portioned.
Step 3
Pound the meat on both sides with a meat mallet. You can cover it with plastic wrap beforehand to avoid splatters.
Step 4
Season the pork with salt and pepper.
Step 5
How to make the batter? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Use any natural cheese (without substitutes for animal fat).
Step 6
Grate the cheese on a medium grater and place it in a bowl.
Step 7
Add an egg, pour in milk, press in a clove of garlic, season with salt and pepper.
Step 8
Mix everything until smooth.
Step 9
Add flour. The amount may vary depending on its properties.
Step 10
Mix thoroughly until smooth. You should get a semi-thick batter.
Step 11
Dip the pork slices into the batter.
Step 12
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Place the pork chops in the pan and fry for 4-5 minutes on each side over medium heat until golden brown. Enjoy your meal!
