How do you make pollock with tomatoes? For this dish, take the ingredients from the list: pollock, tomatoes, cheese, in this case a simple fermented cheese, onion, egg, milk, sunflower oil, and salt.

Clean the fish, gut it, and cut off the fins and tails with scissors. Cut it into portion-sized pieces. Add pepper, salt, and rub it with oil.

Pour sunflower oil over the bottom of a baking dish. Spread the onion cut into large pieces over the bottom. If you have it, you can add a piece of celery stalk, it will make the dish juicier.
