Pollock Fish Patties from Minced Fish on a Skillet

Preparation
Step 1
First, prepare all necessary ingredients and spices for delicious fish patties on a skillet.
Step 2
For the fish mixture, take a deep bowl and add 70 g pieces of white bread. Pour in 150 ml of room-temperature milk and soak the bread.
Step 3
Using a meat grinder with a medium plate, grind 700 g of Pollock fillet into a large bowl, alternating with finely chopped and sautéed onion, soaked bread, and 60 g lightly frozen butter until a uniform fish mixture forms.
Step 4
Add 1 chicken egg, 2 tablespoons of semolina, salt, and black pepper to taste.
Step 5
Mix all ingredients thoroughly and place the bowl in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

After resting, take portions of the mixture and form patties of the desired size.

Roll the patties in a small amount of wheat flour and shape them into smooth, rounded forms.

Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the patties in the skillet and fry until golden brown on one side.

Flip the patties, cover the skillet, and continue cooking on low heat for 7-10 minutes until fully cooked.
