- teaspoon - 5 ml
- dessert spoon - 10 ml
- tablespoon - 20 ml
- glass - 200 ml
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare the ingredients for yeast dough. Sift the flour to aerate it. I used olive oil, but refined sunflower oil also works.
Step 2
In a mixing bowl, combine sifted flour, salt, sugar, and dry yeast.
Step 3
Pour in warm water (about 86°F / 30°C) and knead a soft, elastic dough. The amount of flour may vary slightly depending on consistency. Cover and let the dough rise for 1 hour in a warm, draft-free place until doubled in size.
Step 4
Prepare the ingredients for the topping. I used semi-smoked sausage, but boiled or smoked sausage or even hot dogs will work. Clean and pat dry mushrooms and tomatoes. Peel and slice the onion. Instead of quail eggs, you can use three small chicken eggs.
Step 5
Use any hard cheese that melts well - grate it on a coarse or medium grater.
Step 6
Slice the sausage into thin rounds. Slice the onion into thin rings after rinsing with cool water. Slice the olives into thin circles.
Step 7
Slice the tomatoes into rounds or halves.
Step 8
Slice the mushrooms thinly and fry them briefly in a dry pan until lightly golden.
Step 9
Grease the pizza pan with vegetable oil. Punch down the risen dough and roll it thinly or stretch it by hand in the pan.
Step 10
Brush the base with tomato sauce or ketchup using a silicone brush.
Step 11
Add sliced sausage and onion.
Step 12
Top with mushrooms, tomatoes, and olives.
Step 13
Sprinkle grated cheese evenly over the top. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for about 15 minutes.
Step 14
Remove the pizza and carefully crack quail eggs over it, spacing them evenly. They won’t spread because the surface is warm. For convenience, crack them into a small bowl first, then pour onto the pizza. Sprinkle lightly with cheese and return to the oven for another 10 minutes. For runny yolks, remove earlier.
Step 15
Take the finished pizza out of the oven, sprinkle with chopped herbs such as dill or parsley, and serve hot. Enjoy your meal!
