Pizza Dough in a Bread Machine
A versatile dough for making any kind of pizza. A bread machine makes kitchen work much easier. Besides excellent bread, it can also easily prepare all kinds of dough. It handles pizza dough especially well.

Preparation
Step 1
To make the dough, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Warm the water until lukewarm, about 35°C (95°F). Sift the flour a couple of times through a sieve to enrich it with air. We will use dry yeast that can be added directly to the flour. You can use either olive oil or another vegetable oil.
Step 2
First, the liquid ingredients must go into the bread machine pan. Pour in the warm water and the olive oil.
Step 3
Add the salt. Then add the sifted flour and, as the last ingredient, the dry yeast.
Step 4
Place the pan into the bread machine, close the lid, and turn on the Dough setting. Mine runs for 1 hour 30 minutes. During this time, the dough will be kneaded well and will rise. I usually watch the kneading stage to make sure a proper dough ball forms.
Step 5
The finished dough will rise well. You can use it immediately to make pizza. Remove the dough from the bread machine pan and roll it out to the size you need.
Step 6
This amount of dough makes 3 pizzas with a diameter of 25–30 cm (about 10–12 inches) or 10 small pizzas like these. The toppings can be absolutely anything and are limited only by your imagination. Enjoy cooking!
