Pies with Sausage and Cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare the ingredients. If you decide to make the puff pastry yourself, you can use a homemade puff pastry recipe.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 3
Grate the sausage as well. You can also cut it into small cubes, whichever you prefer.

Dust the table with flour and roll out the dough on it. If the package contains several sheets of dough, join them into one. Spread the dough with mayonnaise or sour cream.

Spread the chopped sausage evenly over the mayonnaise.

Sprinkle with cheese.

Chop the herbs and scatter them over the cheese.

Roll the dough with the filling into a log.

Cut the roll into pieces, transfer them to a baking sheet, and brush with egg.

Place them in an oven preheated to 180°C (350°F) for 15-20 minutes. The time and temperature may vary depending on how your oven works.

Let them cool slightly, place them on a nice plate, and serve.
