Peanut butter and chocolate mousse

Ganache
80 grams
Dark chocolate
80 milliliters
Heavy cream
Peanut butter mouse
125 grams
Peanut butter
115 grams
Cream cheese
60 grams
Powdered sugar
0.5 teaspoon
Vanilla

- dessert spoon - 10 ml
- tablespoon - 20 ml
- glass - 200 ml
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients for cooking.
Step 2
For the chocolate layer, place the broken chocolate into a bowl and set aside.
Step 3
In a small saucepan, heat the cream until bubbles start to form around the edges (do not boil). Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and leave it undisturbed.
Step 4
After a minute, start stirring until the chocolate is completely melted and combined with the cream. Set aside.
Step 5
In a larger bowl, add the peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla.
Step 6
Beat everything well until a smooth, uniform cream forms.
Step 7
In another bowl, whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
Step 8
Add the whipped cream to the peanut butter mixture.
Step 9
Gently fold everything together until light and creamy (use a spatula or spoon with gentle movements).
Step 10
Spoon some of the peanut butter mousse into glasses (you can pipe it using a piping bag).
Step 11
Add a layer of chocolate on top.
Step 12
Then repeat with another layer of peanut butter and chocolate.
Step 13
Garnish with chopped peanuts and serve.
