Preparation
Step 1
First, chop the ingredients: cut the onions, 2 pieces, into small cubes. Chop the garlic fairly coarsely and cut the sausages into medium slices. Fry the onion and garlic in vegetable oil. Sauté until translucent, then add the sausages. Fry for 6–7 minutes.
Step 2
Next, add the tomatoes, reduce the heat, and add the oregano. Leave to simmer for 20 minutes.
Step 3
While the sauce is simmering, cook the pasta.
Step 4
Add the chopped herbs and dry red wine to the sauce. Simmer for another 7 minutes. At this stage, adjust the flavor with salt and sugar.
