Table of volume measurements:
- teaspoon - 5 ml
- dessert spoon - 10 ml
- tablespoon - 20 ml
- glass - 200 ml
Preparation
Step 1
You can replace champignons with wild mushrooms, pre-boiled. Instead of water, you can use chicken broth or cream. Chicken breast can be substituted with turkey fillet.
Step 2
Boil the pasta in lightly salted water according to the package instructions. Then drain them using a colander.
Step 3
Meanwhile, prepare the other ingredients. Peel the onion and garlic. Remove the core and seeds from the bell pepper. Rinse everything in cold water and dry with paper towels.
Step 4
Finely chop the onion and roughly chop the garlic with a kitchen knife. Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet. Add the onion and garlic and sauté, stirring, until the onion turns golden.
Step 5
Cut the mushrooms into large pieces and the bell pepper into small cubes.
Step 6
Add mushrooms and pepper to the skillet and fry over high heat, stirring, for several minutes until the mushrooms get a nice color.
Step 7
Cut the chicken fillet into medium-sized cubes.
Step 8
Add the chicken to the skillet.
Step 9
Season everything with salt and your favorite spices. Add a few sprigs of thyme if desired. Stir and fry everything together for about 5 minutes. Chicken cooks quickly, so don’t overcook it.
Step 10
Pour water (or broth or cream) into the skillet. Leave on the stove for 5-7 minutes.
Step 11
Add the pre-cooked pasta to the finished sauce.
Step 12
Mix everything so the pasta is fully coated with the aromatic sauce. Keep on the stove for another minute. Sprinkle the finished dish with finely chopped herbs and pepper.
Step 13
The dish is ready!
Step 14
Serve hot.
