Preparation
Step 1
Prepare all the required ingredients. Smoked sausage works particularly well for this snack. Boil the eggs, leave them to cool, then peel and coarsely grate them. Coarsely grate the cheese, cut the sausage into small cubes and finely chop the fresh herbs.
Step 2
Combine all the prepared filling ingredients in a deep bowl. Season lightly with salt, remembering that the cheese and sausage are already salty. Add ground pepper and sour cream, then mix until evenly combined.
Step 3
Cut the thin flatbread into squares. Place some filling along one edge of each piece and roll it up tightly. Fry the rolls in a pan on both sides until golden brown.
Step 4
Transfer the cooked rolls to paper towels to absorb excess oil, then arrange them on a serving plate. Serve as a quick hot snack. They are also convenient for picnics.
Step 5
Serve the flatbread rolls with sausage, cheese and eggs while warm.
