Oven-Grilled Pork Ribs
Aromatic, savory, golden, for dinner or a festive table. Pork ribs cooked on the oven grill are just as tasty as meat cooked over coals. The recipe is simple and easy, with only a few ingredients. The ribs turn out juicy and not dry at all.

Preparation
Step 1
How do you cook pork ribs on the oven grill? Prepare the ingredients. Choose meatier ribs; it is best if they are chilled. If your ribs are frozen, thaw them properly: right after taking them out of the freezer, place the meat in the refrigerator first, and only later bring it to room temperature. Use fresh garlic, though you can replace it with garlic powder if you wish.
Step 2
Pour the soy sauce into a separate bowl where you will make the marinade. Pay special attention to the quality of the soy sauce: there are many cheap substitutes on the market now, so it is better to choose a higher-quality product. The soy sauce should be naturally fermented. Add ground blue fenugreek to it.
Step 3
Mince the garlic and add it to the soy sauce as well. I usually grate the garlic, but you can chop it with a knife or press it through a garlic press. At this stage, you can also add your favorite spices or herbs to the marinade: thyme, rosemary, allspice, or paprika. Choose according to your taste.
Step 4
Rinse the ribs well, pat them dry, and cut them so that each rib is separate.
Step 5
Place the ribs in a deep bowl and pour the marinade over them. I did not add any salt at all, because soy sauce already contains quite a lot of it.
Step 6
Mix well and leave the meat to marinate for at least 20 minutes. With this marinade, the ribs can stay marinating for up to 2 days.
Step 7
Prepare the oven rack. Place the rack over a baking tray, into which the excess fat and marinade will drip during baking. I also recommend pouring some water into the tray so that nothing burns or smokes.
Step 8
Arrange the ribs on the rack, leaving a little space between them.
Step 9
Place the ribs into an oven preheated to 350°F (180°C). Cook them for 40 minutes using the convection setting, then 10 minutes using the broil setting.
Step 10
Serve the ribs hot with vegetable salads and fresh herbs. Enjoy your meal!
