Oven baked sweet potato chips

Crispy, golden sweet potato chips roasted with a kick of chilli simple, spicy, and perfect as a side or snack.

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Step 2
Peel and cut the potatoes into thin chips.
Step 3
Arrange sweet potato chips in a roasting tin, drizzle with olive oil, and season generously with salt, crushed dried chilli flakes, and freshly ground black pepper.
Step 4
Toss to coat evenly, then roast for 20–30 minutes, or until crisp and golden-brown.
Step 5
Serve hot, straight from the oven.
