Oven-Baked Chicken Wings in Honey–Soy Sauce
Both a tasty dinner and a great snack with beer! These chicken wings in honey sauce are incredibly easy to make in the oven. You’ll need just a few ingredients - the meat itself and the marinade. You can adjust the marinade to your taste.

Preparation
Step 1
How do you marinate wings in honey–soy sauce? Prepare the ingredients. Rinse the chicken wings and pat dry. Cut each wing into 3 parts. Set aside the narrow tip - it's not needed. I managed to find wings already cut and without tips.
Step 2
Start making the marinade. First, finely chop the garlic with a knife or press it through a garlic press.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, mix soy sauce with white wine, honey, and garlic. I don’t add salt because soy sauce is already salty. You can remove or add any spices or seasonings you usually use for marinating chicken.
Step 4
Transfer the chicken wings to a bowl and sprinkle them with cornstarch. Mix. The cornstarch should coat the meat evenly.
Step 5
Prepare a baking dish of a suitable size. Mine is square, but you can use a rectangular or oval one. Arrange the wings in the dish, trying to lay them in neat rows, close together.
Step 6
Pour the marinade over the wings and let them marinate right in the dish for 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 200°C / 392°F (choose the exact temperature and time based on your oven). Bake the wings for 45 minutes. During baking, check the dish. If needed, turn the wings, stir them, and spoon sauce from the bottom over the top.
