Oven-Baked Chicken and Mushroom Pizza

- teaspoon - 5 ml
- dessert spoon - 10 ml
- tablespoon - 20 ml

Preparation
Step 1
Sift flour beforehand to aerate it. This makes the dough more airy and tender. Rinse tomatoes and mushrooms under running water.
Step 2
Boil the chicken leg in water until fully cooked, about 25-30 minutes. Lightly salt. Cool and remove meat from bones.
Step 3
For the dough, pour warm water into a bowl. Warm water helps the dough rise faster. Add sugar and yeast, stir. Then add vegetable oil and salt.
Step 4
Gradually add sifted flour and knead the dough. Adjust flour as needed for consistency.
Step 5
Dough should be soft and elastic. Knead well. It should not stick to your hands. Cover the bowl with a towel and let rise in a warm place for 40-60 minutes.
Step 6
Roll dough into 1 or 2 pizza bases on parchment paper. Spread tomato paste over the dough.
Step 7
Slice mushrooms and arrange evenly over the dough.
Step 8
Add pieces of chicken meat on top.
Step 9
Arrange sliced tomatoes and sprinkle grated cheese over everything. Bake pizza in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 30-35 minutes.
Step 10
The finished pizza will be golden and appetizing. Remove from oven, cool slightly, and serve. Enjoy!
