Oven-Baked Bread Pizza

Preparation
Step 1
To speed things up, hard-boil the eggs, and boil the potatoes and carrots in advance. Use any bread you like - preferably day-old, as it's easier to cut without crumbling. I used a day-old baguette.
Step 2
Cut the bread into slices or lengthwise, depending on your preference. I used a sliced baguette and cut it into halves for a larger pizza. If it's too thick, you can cut it into 3-4 lengthwise slices or into rounds.
Step 3
Peel and slice the onion into rings.
Step 4
Peel the boiled eggs and cut them into cubes.
Step 5
Dice pickled cucumbers into small cubes. You can substitute them with olives or fresh cucumbers, or skip them entirely.
Step 6
Peel the boiled potatoes and carrots, and dice them into small cubes. These are optional.
Step 7
Use any kind of sausage: cooked, smoked, hot dogs, or ham. Cut into small cubes or thin strips.
Step 8
Grate the hard cheese.
Step 9
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients for the filling except the grated cheese and onion rings. Season with salt and mix with mayonnaise until coated.
Step 10
For the bread base, mix mayonnaise with homemade tomato paste (or use ketchup instead of paste).

Spread the mayo-tomato mixture onto the bread.
Step 12
Place the onion rings on top.

Add the filling on top of the onions.

Sprinkle with grated cheese. Preheat the oven to 392°F (200°C). Bake the pizzas for 15-20 minutes until slightly golden on top. Remove from oven and serve. Enjoy your meal!
