Orange Hibiscus Popsicles
Refreshing hibiscus and orange popsicles made with infused hibiscus tea and fruit juice, lightly sweetened and frozen for a vibrant, cooling treat.

Preparation
Step 1
Add 1½ teaspoons of hibiscus to 200ml of water and leave to infuse for about 5 minutes.
Step 2
Strain the hibiscus liquid and mix it with the orange juice.
Step 3
Taste the mixture and add sugar if needed, depending on how sweet you want the hibiscus and orange blend.
Step 4
Pour the mixture into popsicle moulds and place in the freezer until completely frozen.
Step 5
Once frozen, briefly dip the moulds into warm water to help release the popsicles, or leave them to stand for a short while before removing.
