Easy
About 30 min.
Preparation
Step 1
Any not-too-thin noodles will work, such as spaghetti. I used linguine. Pork tenderloin or ham works well. I used red and green bell peppers. Sesame oil can be replaced with any vegetable oil.
Step 2
Rinse the pork, pat dry well. Cut the meat into medium-sized strips.
Step 3
Pour soy sauce over the pork strips, mix, and leave for 30 minutes to marinate.
Step 4
Peel and wash the carrot, cut into thin sticks.
Step 5
Wash bell peppers, pat dry. Remove stem and seeds, then cut into strips.
Step 6
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Fry the pork strips over medium-high heat until golden brown on one side.
Step 7
Flip and fry the other side until browned. The crust will keep the juices inside, making the meat tender and juicy.
Step 8
Remove the pork from the skillet. Add carrot to the skillet (add more oil if needed). Fry over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until half-cooked.
Step 9
Add prepared bell peppers. Continue frying, stirring, until peppers are soft but still hold their shape.
Step 10
Return the pork to the skillet with the vegetables, mix well.
Step 11
Meanwhile, cook the noodles. Bring 2 liters (about 8 cups) of water to a boil in a pot. Add salt, drop in the noodles, stir. Cook over medium heat until al dente or as directed on the package.
Step 12
Drain the cooked noodles in a colander. Drizzle with sesame oil and mix.
Step 13
Add noodles to the skillet with pork and vegetables, stir together. Warm over low heat for 1-2 minutes and serve.
Step 14
Enjoy your meal!
