Preparation
Step 1
You can use any berries and fruits you like. I used raspberries and frozen blackberries. Choose any nuts and seeds you prefer. I added walnuts, almonds, and peanuts.
Step 2
A few hours before preparing the dessert, soak rolled oats in milk. You can even leave them overnight (especially if using thick-cut oats) so they fully soften and swell.
Step 3
Pour the milk with oats into a blender. Add your berries, fruits, nuts, and seeds. Add honey and blend for a few minutes until smooth.
Step 4
The mixture should not be too runny - it should be thick enough so you can scoop it with a spoon and your fruit toppings don’t sink in.
Step 5
Transfer the finished dessert into a deep bowl and decorate to your taste. Serve as a healthy and tasty breakfast for the whole family. Enjoy!
