Mushroom sauce with wine

- dessert spoon - 10 ml
- tablespoon - 20 ml
- glass - 200 ml
Preparation
Step 1
Heat the oil and butter in a frying pan over medium heat, then add the finely chopped onion and cook gently until softened but not browned.
Step 2
Add the crushed garlic and sliced mushrooms to the pan and cook for 3-4 min, stirring occasionally, until the mushrooms are tender but haven’t released their juices.
Step 3
Pour in the wine and let it simmer until the liquid has reduced by half.
Step 4
Stir in the sour cream and parsley, allowing the sauce to heat through. Season to taste with salt and pepper, then serve immediately.
