- dessert spoon - 10 ml
- tablespoon - 20 ml
- glass - 200 ml
Preparation
Step 1
Sift the flour through a sieve beforehand to enrich it with oxygen. For the filling, you can use any mushrooms available: champignons, oyster mushrooms, honey mushrooms, porcini, or a mix. Forest mushrooms must be pre-boiled, while champignons can be used raw.
Step 2
To prepare the dough, combine cold butter with flour. Add sugar and salt. Mix with your hands or chop with a knife until crumbly.
Step 3
Add sour cream and knead the dough. It should be soft and not sticky. Shape into a ball, cover with plastic wrap, and let it rest. Remember that you may need more or less flour depending on texture.
Step 4
For the filling, sauté the mushrooms with finely chopped onion for 5-7 minutes. Lightly salt.
Step 5
Separately, whisk the eggs with sour cream.
Step 6
Add grated cheese and the egg mixture to the sautéed mushrooms. Mix everything well.
Step 7
Spread the rested dough evenly over the bottom of a baking dish (8–9.5 in / 20–24 cm), forming edges.
Step 8
Place the prepared filling on top of the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for 40-50 minutes.
Step 9
The pie is ready when it turns slightly golden and the filling is set, no longer liquid.
Step 10
Remove from the pan, cool slightly, and serve. Enjoy!
