Preparation
Step 1
How to cook vegetables in the microwave in a bag? It’s very simple and easy. Prepare the ingredients.
Step 2
Wash the vegetables thoroughly and pat dry with a paper towel. Put the vegetables into a plastic bag, tie it into a knot, and make a few small cuts for steam to escape (you can also use an oven roasting bag).
Step 3
My microwave power is 800 W. I set it to maximum power for 6 minutes. Then I turned the vegetables over and returned them to the microwave for another 4 minutes. The carrots and potatoes were ready - I removed them. For a beet weighing 300 g, I needed 5 more minutes. The time is approximate, because it depends on your microwave’s power and how it operates, as well as the size of the vegetables.
Step 4
Remove the vegetables from the bags, let them cool, and peel them. Microwave vegetables in a bag are ready! You can cook any vegetables this way. Enjoy!
