Easy
About 30 min.
Preparation
Step 1
The filling can be varied: use any fruits, berries, jams, or preserves. Mascarpone can be replaced with any soft cream cheese or ricotta. Adjust powdered sugar and sugar to taste.
Step 2
Wash the berries, pat dry, and remove stems. Large berries can be halved.
Step 3
Place berries in a blender, add sugar, and blend until smooth. Alternatively, use strawberry jam or preserves.
Step 4
Whip cold cream in a mixer until soft peaks form, gradually adding powdered sugar. Add sugar gradually after the cream starts thickening to ensure proper whipping. Whip to stiff peaks.
Step 5
While continuing to whip, gradually add mascarpone.
Step 6
Whip until smooth. The cream should be airy and fluffy.
Step 7
In dessert glasses, layer a spoonful of the cream first, then strawberry puree. Repeat layers 2-3 times depending on glass size. Finish with the remaining cream; using a piping bag creates a decorative top.
Step 8
Refrigerate the dessert for 15-20 minutes before serving. Drizzle with chocolate topping or melted chocolate. Garnish with fresh strawberries and mint. Enjoy!
