Table of volume measurements:
- teaspoon - 5 ml
- dessert spoon - 10 ml
- tablespoon - 20 ml
- glass - 200 ml
Preparation
Step 1
How do you brew masala tea with milk? Prepare the ingredients for making the tea.
Step 2
Mix the milk and water in a saucepan. Place it over the heat. I recommend rinsing the saucepan with cold water first so the milk does not scorch while heating.
Step 3
Bring the milk and water to a boil. Add all the spices. Stir well. Let the milk with the spices boil gently for a little while. A couple of minutes will be enough.
Step 4
Add the tea leaves and the sugar. Stir. Cook the mixture for 5 minutes, stirring it from time to time.
Step 5
Then turn off the heat, cover with a lid, and let the tea steep for 15 minutes.
Step 6
Strain the tea through a fine sieve. Serve immediately. Enjoy your drink!
