- tablespoon - 20 ml

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients. In this recipe, you can use any ground meat. The mushrooms can be fresh or frozen. It is best to use round-grain rice. Cook the rice and let it cool.
Step 2
Cut the mushrooms into large pieces and fry them in 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a skillet for 5-7 minutes.
Step 3
Fry the ground meat in a skillet. Add finely chopped garlic 2 minutes before the end of frying.
Step 4
Grease the bottom and sides of the baking pan with vegetable oil. Line it with parchment paper, also greased with oil. Now start arranging the layers of the pie. The first layer is mushrooms, with sprigs of dill placed among them. Then add a layer of cheese grated on a coarse grater. Next comes a layer of rice. Then the ground meat. On top of the ground meat layer, place the thawed vegetable mix.
Step 5
Prepare the batter by mixing the liquid ingredients separately and the dry ingredients separately. Then combine the liquid and dry ingredients for the batter so there are no lumps, and let it stand for 10 minutes so the baking soda can start working. The batter should have a consistency similar to pancake batter and should pour easily.
Step 6
Pour the batter over the layers of the pie and let it seep all the way to the bottom of the future pie for about 10 minutes. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 45 minutes. The top of the pie should become a delicate golden color. Remove the pie from the oven and let it stand for 5 minutes. Then cover the pie with a plate and turn it over. Let it cool slightly, remove the parchment paper, and serve.
