Any cheese will work for this dish — hard, semi-hard, soft, like mozzarella. The main thing is that it should be delicious, high quality, with no milk fat substitutes, and melt well.
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare the ingredients. Even yesterday's lavash will work, as it will soften in the milk — a convenient way to use up leftovers. You can choose any sausage — smoked or boiled. In addition to tomatoes and peppers, you can use other vegetables like pickles or olives.
Step 2
Prepare all the fillings in advance because the pizza cooks very quickly. Wash the tomato under running water, dry it, and cut it into small cubes.
Step 3
Wash the pepper under running water, dry it, remove the seeds and core, and cut the flesh into cubes.
Step 4
Slice the sausage the same way into cubes.

Cut the lavash into thin strips using kitchen scissors or a knife.
Step 6
Crack the eggs into a bowl, add the milk. Salt and pepper to taste. Whisk the mixture with a fork until smooth. Be sure to wash the eggs before using them with a food-safe cleaning agent to remove any dirt.

Grate the cheese on a medium grater.

Heat a skillet over medium heat (I use a 24 cm skillet). It’s better if the pan has a non-stick surface. Grease the pan with vegetable oil. Place the lavash pieces in the pan. Fry them, stirring for a few minutes until lightly golden.

Add the filling — tomatoes, peppers, and sausage — on top of the dry lavash.

Pour the egg and milk mixture over everything. Then sprinkle with grated cheese.

Cover the pan with a lid, reduce the heat, and cook the pizza for about 10 minutes. The cheese should melt, and the bottom should turn golden brown.

The pizza with sausage, cheese, and tomatoes is ready. You can sprinkle it with herbs. Serve it hot, and it slices easily. Enjoy your meal!
