Lasagna with Minced Meat and Cream Using Ready-Made Sheets

Preparation
Step 1
Fry the minced meat, of your choice, in a frying pan with a few drops of sunflower oil.
Step 2
Once it is lightly browned, add the onion chopped in advance and your spices to taste. I used salt, pepper, and dried herbes de Provence. While frying, add a little water so the filling stays juicy and the lasagna sheets soak well.
Step 3
Grease the bottom of the baking dish with cream.
Step 4
Break the lasagna sheets over the cream and arrange them to fit the shape of the dish.
Step 5
Next, spread the minced meat and grated hard cheese over the sheets. Repeat the layers several times, until there is no more space in the dish or until the ingredients run out. Pour cream over everything and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Bake in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes.
